ABOUT ME

Sally
Sweitzer

I chose the tree of life as my logo because of my deep connection to the cycles of the natural world. For me the tree symbolizes both the external (the branches and leaves), and internal (the roots) that comprise the self - the whole person. My person-centered style is interactive and revolves around the relationship between myself and my client. It is within the “container” that we build together through the therapeutic relationship, that healing can begin and progress. The stronger the container, the more it can hold. I am not a “blank slate” kind of therapist, but neither am I going to tell you what I think you should do. It is not my job to “fix” you. It is my deep belief that you already possess the wisdom and the courage you need to do the work of getting better, and that if we
are the right match, together we can unlock these places of intuition and strength so you can forge a path to lasting wellness.
It is important to remember that therapy, unlike a surgical procedure, is not about finding the most skilled doctor with the most accolades. No matter the level of skill and experience, not every therapist is right for every client. You must feel comfortable and have trust in your relationship with your therapist for progress to be made.
Your path to wellness is uniquely your own and although I cannot walk it for you, I can walk beside you, and it would be my honor to do so. If this all sounds good to you, then I may be the right therapist for you. Give me a call at 978-618-7801 or email me at healingsolutionsma@gmail.com to set up a time for your free 20 minute consultation so you can get a sense of whether my style will be a good fit for you.

Human Development
Transpersonal Psychology takes a holistic approach to the therapeutic
process exploring the connection of Mind, Body and Spirit in relation to
healing as well as the client’s feelings of connection in the greater world and
beyond. Human Development is the study of the emotional, physical and
cognitive growth of the individual across the life span.
Lesley University B.S. in Expressive Therapy and Human
Development
Sometimes talking about intense experiences or emotions can be very
overwhelming. Expressive Therapy is a form of treatment which allows the
client to express and work through strong emotions using various forms of
artistic expression. It is often used as an augmentation to talk therapy.
